quanti inode ha fatto (df -i) ?
mkfs con le opzioni di default per dischi cosi' grandi ne fa troppi dalla mia
esperienza (cioe' per l'uso "storage" che ne faccio io almeno)
controlla man mke2fs e /etc/mke2fs.conf
