No, max. Non testa i nomi, testa i numeri, correttamente.
case $DAY in
1) echo "lunedi"
DEVICE=/dev/esterno5
(il lunedì è giusto un echo).
Il problema è che ci stava un
*) echo "no matching day (WTF?)"
exit 0
O similare.
