E` suasivo. Ma appunto per questo lo trovo "pericoloso".
Non appartengo alla categoria "volemose bene per forza" epperò si
scorda completamente il valore aggiunto dell'aspetto sociale che
vedo in maniera assolutamente utilitaristica e non "romantica".
Con questo si perde l'occasione anche per dire che il Software Libero
è tecnicamente un valido modello di sviluppo e non solo un'ubbia di
riscatto di programmatori sottopagati.
Poi ci si "dimentica" che non c'è solo l'industria del software (o
le industrie che producono puramente lavoro intellettuale[*]).
Allora i ricercatori chimici... ma anche i metalmeccanici... sarà mica
solo una questione di perdita di controllo della "proprietà
intellettuale"[+]?
Poi certo... c'è probabilmente una componente di frustrazione non solo
economica ma anche magari per il sotto sfruttamento di teste
all'interno di organizzazioni che non premiano la qualità ma il
successo di mercato.
E` anche vero che chi è al potere difficilmente è progressista e che
premia di più il capitale (anche intellettuale) che la produzione
intellettuale.
Ma la mono-fascia per le tasse è una vaccata per esempio.
Anche il nazional-liberismo è una cosa da schizofrenici come i dazi di
Tremonti.
[*] pensate alla vocazione didattica della comunità del software
Libero e relazionatela alla scuola e agli insegnanti sottopagati o
sotto utilizzati.
[+] L'uso di un'automobile è condivisibile fino a un certo punto...
l'uso di un'idea è condivisibile all'infinito, anzi aumenta il suo
valore tanto più è condivisa. Il concetto di proprietà è inapplicabile
alle idee.
Quello che si dovrebbe pagare è il valore del lavoro, non
la "proprietà intellettuale", nemmeno quella presunta degli autori, di
cui per giunta è estremamente difficile stabilire i confini.
