Afaik, no. Ma loggando (vsftpd) in xferlog, dovresti riuscire a trovare
un modo soddisfacente per gestire sta cosa (tipo logcheck, con un taglio
specifico per questo log, piuttosto che uno script in cron che polla
xferlog e ti manda le news...).
