Salve a tutti, ho appena compilato il kernel 2.6.7, ma ottengo il seguente
errore al boot:
VFS: Cannot open root device "LABEL=/" or unknown-block (0,0)
Please append a correct "root=" boot option
Kernel panic: VFS: Unable to mount root fs or unknown-block (0,0)
Come fyle system io uso ext3 e ne ho abilitato il supporto durante la
configurazione del kernel. Credo che
il problema possa essere nel mio grub.conf che posto, nel caso dovesse essere
utile. A differenza del kernel
precedente, ora non ho nessun initrd<qualcosa>.img a cui fare riferimento
(forse il kernel 2.6 non crea piu'
questo file?) Cmq non so che fare.
