Ancora una volta mi accingo a scrivere sulla ml dell'Erlug.
Devo dire che le altre volte sono quasi sempre stato bacchettato per
aver malposto le mie domande. Spero di non commettere ancora questo
errore. Nel caso ditemelo e mi correggerò.
Situazione:
sto cecrcando di installate VMWare su un Toshiba Settallite Pro M10, con
installato WinXP e Mandrake Linux 9.2, kernel 2.4.22 (lo so, sono un
cesso, ma sono un newbie: prima o poi passo a Debian, se trovo un anima
pia che mi aiuta).
Ho installato VMware-workstation-4.0.0-446, ho lanciato il comando:

e ho seguito la configurazione abbastanza quidata.
Problema:
ad un certo punto mi dice:

Forse dovrei cambiare manualmente la versione del kernel...ma non mi
sembra una genialata...
A questo punto la mia domanda è: dove posso trovare le informazioni
necessarie a superare questo problema?
(non mi azzardo a chiedere la soluzione diretta ^_^)
