Non ne esiste uno "generico". Dipende dai produttori di harddisk.

Dipende da cosa vuoi ottenere:
se il problema e` la "cancellazione dei file (abbastanza) sicura", la
risposta e` (imho) wipe:

Se vuoi "solo" aggiustare il drive, un fill di 0 potrebbe andare bene
(alcuni software che "millantano low-level format in realta` fanno solo
quello).
