Ho un problema con il masterizzatore:
nel kernel ho il supporto ide-scsi e scsi generico, in lilo.conf ho in
append:/dev/hdd=ide-scsi

e infatti al boot:
Feb 16 17:07:57 sythos kernel: SCSI subsystem driver Revision: 1.00
Feb 16 17:07:57 sythos kernel: scsi0 : SCSI host adapter emulation for
IDE ATAPI devices Feb 16 17:07:57 sythos kernel: Vendor: HP
Model: CD-Writer+ 8100 Rev: 1.0n Feb 16 17:07:57 sythos kernel:
Type: CD-ROM ANSI SCSI revision: 02 Feb 16
17:07:57 sythos kernel: Attached scsi CD-ROM sr0 at scsi0, channel 0, id
0, lun 0 Feb 16 17:07:57 sythos kernel: sr0: scsi3-mmc drive: 4x/24x
writer cd/rw xa/form2 cdda tray Feb 16 17:07:57 sythos kernel: Uniform
CD-ROM driver Revision: 3.12

Però cdrecord non trova nulla...
# cdrecord -scanbus
Cdrecord 1.11a34 (i686-pc-linux-gnu) Copyright (C) 1995-2002 Jörg
Schilling cdrecord: Read-only file system. Cannot open '/dev/sg0'.
Cannot open SCSI driver. cdrecord: For possible targets try 'cdrecord
-scanbus'. Make sure you are root.

Riassumendo, io ho sempre usato /dev/scd0, al boot dice /dev/sr0 e
cdrecord cerca /dev/sg0... Su internet ho trovato che in realtà i tre
device sono equivalenti, se tneto il mount vedo slampeggiare le spie ma
dice "media not found", qualcuno sa cosa posso controllare?
