ho deciso la configurazione delle stazioni cad nuove.
il server nuovo verra' uguale alle stazioni, salvo che per la mother
board e la scheda video --integrata e del cavolo piuttosto che agp
figa--.
vorrei sapere se qualcuno sa di problemi di compatibilita' con linux
per questo hardware:
- mother board asus pr-dls, dual xeon, serverworks grand champion le
north bridge, serverworks champion south bridge, serverworks 64bit
pci-x bridge, dual lsi 53c1030 64bit pci-x scsi, intel 82544 gigabit
in rame, intel 82551 fast ethernet in rame, ati rage xl-pci 8mb
- controller raid 5 hardware pci promise
ok, non e' hardware che tutti hanno in casa, pero' magari qualcuno ne
ha sentito parlare...
