Ciao,
sulla mia RedHat 7.2, installata su una macchina isolata e priva di
sendmail, se tento di installare postfix ( la versione rpm,
pacchettizzata per RawHide ) ecco quel che ottengo:
[root@calimero /home/nero/rpm]# rpm -ivh postfix-1.1.7-2.i386.rpm
Preparing... ########################################### [100%]
ERROR: Postfix can't be installed - Please set your hostname to a FQDN.
For postfix to work correctly your hostname must be a fully-qualified domain
name or /etc/postfix/main.cf must have the myhostname parameter set
to a FQDN.
Part of the package installation requires several postfix commands to be
executed, and these will fail if these conditions are not met.
Please set the hostname to a fully-qualified hostname to enable the package
to be installed correctly.
error: execution of %pre scriptlet from postfix-1.1.7-2 failed, exit status 1
error: install: %pre scriptlet failed (2), skipping postfix-1.1.7-2
Cosa fare?
