O e' prevista l'opzione nei file di startup della rete della tua
distribuzione, o metti in uno dei file che esegui all'avvio
(/etc/rc.*)
echo 0 > /proc/sys/net/etc etc.
Meno male che non hai chiesto "ma perche' non funziona, che
l'ECN? :)
